Mom's Meatloaf in a Mug
Time: 7 minutes
Yield: 1 serving
| 4 ounces ground beef 1 slice of bread, cubed 2 tablespoons milk 1 green onion ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce |
¼ teaspoon salt ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground pepper ⅛ teaspoon red chili flakes (optional) Ketchup (optional) Shredded cheese (optional) |
Mix all ingredients together. Place into a sturdy mug. Cover with wax paper and microwave for 3-4 minutes at 70% power. Test for doneness; continue heating as necessary.
Let stand for 2 minutes before serving. Top with ketchup and cheese, if desired.
